Every inch of both apartments have been renovated including in the downstairs: fully stocked new kitchen, new bathroom, refinished hardwood floors throughout, new lighting, new paint, new transom windows, some new exterior windows, existing 9' ceilings. Being that this is a downstairs apartment in 100 year old home, you will be able to hear guests in the second floor. If noise is a concern for you, please consider booking the upstairs apartment. Additionally, as an older home it comes with imperfections typical for its age. Designated washer/dryer in the basement. Situated on 1/3 acre, there's plenty of room to play or relax in the shared park like setting while watching distant boats go by. Guest access Although both apartments use the same exterior entrance, each apartment has it's own secure locked entrance and is completely private. The laundry is in the basement, which is shared, as well as the yard. Guests will access the building door and the apartment door with their own digital code. There's ample off street parking. Other things to note Owners live behind the property. No parties or smoking permitted.
