This beautiful lake house is fully equipped and can sleep up to (6) guests. Kayaks & life vests included!! The space This wooden lake front chalet features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is set in the Caonilla’s lake; surrounded by beautiful mountains and the peacefulness of a small and friendly town. The scenery is unique, where nature blends in perfect harmony with privacy, cool breeze weather (mostly all year round) and the beauty of this dream house itself. It is very well equipped and entirely for our guest. It features two bedrooms and a family room ( with a sofa-bed) that can be used as a private bedroom; all (3) rooms with air conditioners. Bed linens, towels, Hammocks, table games, dominoes, fishing rods & kayaks are also included in your amazing experience at Casa Lago… So, just bring your meals and enjoy a wonderful stay! *NO visitors allowed * Everyone must wear a life vest while kayaking. Children must be watched by an adult at all times. ** If these rules are disrespected, it will be reason enough to cancel the reservation!!! Guest access Keys will be left in a lockbox at the front entrance gate and the code to access the keys will be shared with the guest before check- in day. Other things to note All guests must bring their own meals. The use of kayaks, hot tub, fishing rods or any other device will be at the guests own risk and the homeowner is not responsible of any accident(s) that might occur. The use of a life vest is mandatory while kayaking. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the lake or in the hot tub!!! * NEW SERVICE!!! We can arrange for you a massage therapist service. ** security cameras (3) in the premises ( outdoor) located in the driveway, in the front of the house and backyard. *** There’s a shooting range nearby, therefore you might hear some shots occasionally at the distance, but nothing to worry about! ****. If the keys are lost by the guest, it will be a $35.00 charge for a new set of keys.
