There is a large taupe leather reclining sectional couch, console with electric fireplace, plus family books and board games available. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all cooking essentials! Spices, oil, pots & pans, air fryer, slow cooker, toaster oven, blender, and griddle are provided. Wine glasses available. Dining area: Farmhouse picnic-style dining table with two benches and farmhouse chandelier above. A high chair is provided for traveling children. Coffee bar: Includes a Keurig and traditional style coffee pot. Beans and grinder also available. Attic Studio (sleeps 2): This room features a queen bed and a 43” Roku TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video. The nightstands have built in charging ports. There is a unique denim couch and foosball table! Basement Bedroom (sleeps 2): This room contains a single modern minimalist style queen bed. The nightstands have built in charging ports. This room also features two bean bags, board games, and a 43” Roku TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video. Upstairs Guest Full Bathroom: Provides a shower and tub combo. Plush hotel quality white towels, wash cloths, and toiletries are provided. Downstairs Guest Half Bathroom: Located nearby the kitchen and living room. Parking: Our driveway is double long with free parking for up to 4 cars. Backyard: The patio extending from the driveway features a large propane/charcoal BBQ grill and fire pit beneath fairy lights. Weekly housekeeping included every Friday at 12pm for 2 hours with extended monthly stays. You will love staying in our cozy home! Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire 5 bedroom / 5 bed / 2.5 bathroom home: bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry, and backyard patio with fire pit and propane/charcoal BBQ grill. Other things to note These rules are required for our permit with the City of Norfolk: NO: Parties, events, smoking, extra or unauthorized guests! The reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund, plus a $1K penalty. There are exterior cameras on every side of the home and the front door. There is also an interior noise detector and smoke detectors in every room. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am, strictly enforced!
