The vacation home "Friesenkuss" is a stylishly furnished semi-detached house, right on the beautiful Wangermeer in Hohenkirchen. The bright and friendly furnished house impresses with many details, which perfectly round off the vacation here. The space The entrance area leads to the open living/dining area, where there is a comfortable sofa, the dining table and the modern and fully equipped kitchen. From here you can access the fenced garden, where you can enjoy sunny days while barbecuing either in the cozy beach chair or under the covered terrace. The glass roof offers perfect protection against rain and at the same time protects against too much light with the electric awning. Also accessible via the hallway in the entrance area is a guest toilet and a utility room. A washing machine and dryer are available here. A staircase leads to the upper floor: Here you will find the two main bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a double bed, TV and built-in wardrobe, as well as a small bedroom with a single bed. Connected via a small hallway, you can also reach the large feel-good bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The entire house is also equipped with a ventilation system, underfloor heating and electric external shutters. There is also a private, covered parking space and a lockable shed for bicycle storage. Pets are very welcome in the vacation home "Friesenkuss"! Other things to note The health resort Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to visitor's tax. Therefore, a visitor's tax must be paid on site.
