The house is a 2100 sq foot, three bedroom 2.5 bath antique farmhouse between the ocean and 46 acres of forest preserve in the private community of Mason's Island. The closest beach is .2 miles away and is for residents and guests only. The space House amenities include a large private patio and grill for outdoor meals, outdoor shower, large lawn with a hammock, a sand pit and trampoline for children. Sonos speakers with Alexa, record player and record collection are provided for your listening pleasure. Bikes and kayaks are available upon request. The house also has a fireplace and a soaking tub. No pets please. Guests must have reviews. Come with your family, children or perfect for a couple’s break from city life. Have your morning coffee in the sunroom and enjoy the breeze or read a book in the hammock under the pine trees. Whatever you decide the space is made for relaxing. Guest access This is a four bedroom home. One small bedroom used as a home office space will be closed during your stay. There is an extra crib and a pack n play for families with small children.
