New York style loft located downtown with views of the bay and down the street from working waterfront pier. Clean and roomy unit with fully stocked kitchen ready for a meal. Feel free to relax in a sitting area or watch TV in the living area. Spend time exploring all that the quaint village of Eastport has to offer by walking to galleries, shops, and local eateries. If you wish to bring a pet, 40 lbs. or less, there is a $60 fee per pet. Children must be 13 or older. The space A New York style loft with clean open space and feel. Although, it is very roomy and open there are separate areas that offers places to relax and unwind. The windows in the kitchen look out toward the bay with a working waterfront pier. If you wish to relax outside, a courtyard is available for grilling or sitting in the sun. There is one other unit located above this unit in the building. The courtyard is shared with our 3 bedroom rental unit. Guest access Guests enjoy their own New York style loft on the 2nd floor of the building ( just 7 steps from the street) Door from inside the unit leads to relaxing courtyard in back with outdoor benches, cushioned sectional, picnic table, and grill. Courtyard is shared with 3rd floor rental unit. Other things to note There are two separate units in the building. We ask for guests to be respectful of other guest's quiet relaxing vacations.
