Building Entry & Apartment Location Gate Remote: Located on top of the dining table in the apartment. Use the remote for access to the lobby, gym, pool, and parking. Note: The guards cannot open or close the gate – use the remote. Apartment & Smart Lock Smart Lock: Use the last 4 digits of your cellphone number as the password for the smart lock. This code will work from 4 PM (check-in) to 10 AM (check-out). A late check-out fee will apply for check-out after 10 AM. Air Conditioning & Check-Out Instructions AC: Takes a few seconds to turn on in the living room. At Check-out: Close and lock all windows. Leave air conditioners off. Lower the TV cover. Lock the main door by pressing the X on the digital lock. Turn off all fans. Guest Policy & Mid-Stay Cleaning Maximum guests: No more than 5 guests (including children). Mid-stay cleaning: $35 for stays over 10 days. Visitors & Pool Access No visitors allowed in the pool except those on your reservation. Maximum 5 people allowed in the apartment and pool at any time. Gym & Pool Access Gym Hours: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Use the fob to enter the gym (located with the gate remote). Pool Hours: Monday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Tuesday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (stay outside the pool until 10 :30PM) Friday-Saturday: 7:00 AM - 10:PM (stay outside the pool until 1 AM) Sunday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (stay outside the pool until 10 :30PM) Note: No visitors allowed on the 10th floor. Trash Collection Daily Pickup: 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM Trash pickup: Answer the doorbell (it may be faint), and hand trash to the building personnel.
