Built in 1972 and in mint-condition, this 2 bedroom/1.5 bath getaway has all the colorful designs reflective of the era while creating a relaxing sanctuary to recharge after a day of exploration. The space With a wood burning stove, settle into the comfy living room for a round of scrabble, a glass of wine or just gazing at the mountain landscape outside the floor to ceiling windows. The cooks kitchen has everything you need along with bentwood stools lined along the eat-in peninsula. Share a meal at the 6-person dining table under the soft light of the yellow and orange stained glass chandelier. Two twin beds and a full bathroom with tub and shower make easy living on the main floor while a full size bed upstairs has its own private half bath. Enjoy the swanky work from home environment up in the loft with rattan desk and pull out couch. Back and front decks make for a perfect place to rest, eat and celebrate in the fresh mountain air. Steps from Hunter Mountain and a short drive to Windham. It is a perfect location for skiing, snowboarding, zip lining, mountain biking, and enjoying the festivals. Forced hot air and wood burning stove in the winter. In summer months, enjoy the cool upstate breeze with the many fully functioning windows and sliding door. On warmer nights, there is a ceiling fan in the loft and standing fan in the small bedroom. There is no Air Conditioning.
