This beautiful old house located in the heart of Haut Valromey was once a summer camp. The proximity of the Grand Colombier, the Col de la Biche and the Plans d'Hotonnes announces beautiful routes on the trails, on foot or on two wheels. Road books of routes and places to visit will be available to help you organize your outings. Oriented south, east and west, with a beautiful exterior, the house offers you a beautiful week under the gaze of the Grand Colombier. The space Located 1 hour from Geneva, Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy and 1 hour 30 minutes from Lyon, the house is easy to access. The house is 210 m2 and is composed of 3 double bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and a workspace. On the ground floor you will find two living rooms with a kitchen. Each living room is equipped with a fireplace to gather around the fire on less beautiful days. Bed linen and bath linen are included in the rental. A beautiful collection of board games for children and adults is freely accessible. Road books of itineraries and places to visit will be available to help you plan your outings. Storage space for bicycles is available. Guest access The three bedrooms, office space, bathroom as well as the two living rooms and kitchen will be available. Other things to note **Practical information:** The house is non-smoking. There are no shops nearby (Vival 3 km, bakery and butcher shop 10 km, supermarket 30 km) so it is important to think about shopping beforehand! Facilities: fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, wood stove. There is currently no internet, the various operators are unable to locate the house but we are looking for a solution. The house does not have a television. The cleaning fee is 30 euros.
