Jack Sparrows House is a whimsical tiny house situated in a sleepy woodland hollow between moor and sea in beautiful West Cornwall. Tucked away in a secluded little spot on our dairy farm lies a magical little off grid escape. Free from the binds of phone networks, allow yourself to immerse in the sights and sounds of nature whilst being perfectly located for exploring. The space Jack Sparrows House is a unique wooden structure consisting of small two levels. On the ground floor is a little bench seat with a small unit consisting of a sink and two ring gas hob perfect for making those eggs in the morning or enjoying a mug of hot chocolate before bed. Accessed by a small ladder is a bijou mezzanine double bed with views out across the surrounding countryside. Please note this is a small space and not suitable for those longing for a great expanse of bed and starfishing opportunity!! Outside, there is a large fire pit with a bbq arm for those bangers and a pizza oven built in underneath. A lovely colourful hammock provides the best location for getting into that good book! There is a compost toilet and simple gas shower in their own units just outside of Jack Sparrows House. A separate outside sink is also present for washing up those big items and a tap for sandy paws! There is a solar unit which supports charging of those pesky phones for when you are out and about 😊 Guest access Unfortunately, due to the nature of Jack Sparrows House, it is not suitable for those with limited mobility or access needs. Public transport nearby is very limited so it is best suited for those with a car to explore! Jack Sparrows House is situated down a half mile private farm lane. There is space for parking and then access via two gates across a track to the secluded spot. Our cows do graze nearby and sometimes use the cow track that you must cross so please be mindful of this and allow them priority. All dogs must be on a lead when not in the confines of the area around Jack Sparrows House. Other things to note We are a working dairy farm which also brings with it farm smells and noises !! Our cows like to moo :)
