It's 1950's style with vintage furniture and 'deep & moody' textured wallpapers create a cosy vibe and a feeling you are on a movie set. Our Smart TV has a Netflix app. If you have an account, be sure to watch the serial 'Kleo' and you will see what we mean!!! Both bedrooms are equipped with plush 160cmx200cm beds that offer restful nights and unforgettable sea views. The bathroom has a shower/tub and bidet. The fully fitted kitchen, a culinary haven with all the amenities you need. You'll find a separate washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, an oven, a cooker for homemade delights, and a fridge freezer to keep your groceries fresh. Start your day right with the Nespresso machine, brewing your favorite coffee and chilling out on the terrace and taking in the sea breeze. Other things to note FROM 1st NOVEMBER 2025 UNTIL 31ST JANUARY 2025 THE BUILDING IS UNDERGOING EXTERNAL RENOVATIONS. INSULATION WILL BE INSTALLED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE BUILDING. SCAFFOLDING WILL SURROUND THE BUILDING BUT WILL NOT SPOIL THE VIEW. THERE CAN BE SOME NOISE. THERE WILL BE NO NOISE ON FRIDAY AFTER 4pm, SATURDAY OR SUNDAYS. - Can be noisy at night during peak seasons; not ideal for light sleepers. There are some car parks nearby however we strongly advise not using a car as everything is walking distance and Uber taxis are convenient and cheap. The apartment building is located on a pedestrianised street. Taxis can drop you off 30 seconds away from the building but not directly in front of it. TOURIST TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
