One large smart TV available to use Apps to enjoy the life. There's a queen bed in the upstairs living room. A quick reminder: The air conditioning on the first floor occasionally experiences issues. However, we’ve provided fans to ensure your comfort during your stay. If the key is lost, you will need to contact a locksmith at your own expense. If it is inconvenient to carry the key when going out, you may place it back in the lockbox so others in your group can access it. • One towel is provided per guest. If you require extra towels, please let me know and I can arrange them, but additional cleaning fees will apply. • For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide any consumable items, including but not limited to cooking oil, sauces, salt, or spices. Please prepare your own if needed. • Each bathroom is supplied with 3 rolls of toilet paper. If you cannot find the spare rolls, please contact me. For long stays, you may purchase additional supplies from the supermarket and I can reimburse the cost within a reasonable range. • Parties are strictly not allowed. To respect our neighbours, please avoid loud noise or music between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Please use the air conditioning responsibly. If you notice any issues, contact me immediately. Excessive use (such as running the AC with doors or windows open for long periods) may result in additional electricity charges. • Regarding carpets: basic cleaning is completed before each stay. Some carpets may have older marks or stains from long-term use that cannot be fully removed, but this does not affect normal use.
