The shower dispensers will be stocked in all bathrooms with shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. You will be started with some kitchen supplies such as salt/pepper, starter ground coffee, some sugar packets and some stir sticks. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of a few locked owner's closets and the shed in the back yard. Other things to note ★ Strictly: No Pets. Strictly: 9 guest maximum occupancy. ★ You will be provided linens and bath towels. Bring your beach towels! Our towels are for inside the home only. ★ The top bunk of the bunk bed will not be made but there will be a fresh bundle of linens for you. ★ The checkout guide is posted on the refrigerator. It includes washing your dishes (starting the dishwasher) and taking your trash to the outside can. ★ You will be asked to set the outside trash cans at the road for pick up on designated evenings for next morning pickup. (Monday and Thursday evenings, during the months of Nov. - March only Mondays) ★ You may see someone from our lawn care team come out for a quick trip during your stay to maintain the grass. ★ Hurricane season is June to November, please see Airbnb policy regarding weather events: "Weather events, natural conditions, and diseases that are excluded from our Extenuating Circumstances Policy" There will be no refunds related to weather events. If this concerns you I encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
