Villa by the beach with a large heated pool

4 bedroom villa in Kalamar Bay, the most prestigious and quite area of Kalkan. It is situated a 20 min walk from the centre of town and a 5 minute down hill stroll to the nearest beach club and dive centre. There is Carrefour supermarket and a number of restaurants a 5 min walk away. This stylishly decorated house enjoys beautiful views over the bay from all the windows, 14m heated pool and jacuzzi on the roof terrace. It has the high-speed Wi-Fi connection in all the rooms, and terraces. The space Street parking for two cars is available right in front of the property. There is a large outside terrace with 14m private heated pool, dining and seating areas, a stone BBQ, a porch swing and sun lounges. In the garden there is a ping-pong table surrounded by lemon trees, jasmine and bougainvillea. The villa has the high-speed Wi-Fi connection in all the rooms, terraces and garden. The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room with a working fireplace and antique furniture. It is equipped with large flat screen TV (Netflix, etc), DVD and CD players. Also wireless portable Bose Bluetooth speaker and board games. The kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher, water cooler, juicer, blender, toaster, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine. Outside there is a separate utility room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with en suite shower room. This room has double doors opening onto the pool terrace, which gives an alternative easy access if required. On the first floor there is an impressive master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning panoramic views. On this floor there are also two further bedrooms both en suite (one with a bath) and both with private balconies and fabulous views. All the bedrooms and living areas have air-conditioning. The living room has also a big ceiling fan. Three bedrooms have king size beds with a choice of orthopedic and ordinary pillows. One bedroom on the first floor offers twin beds. All are equipped with dressing tables, electronic safes, hairdryers, fans, adapters for Euro sockets, etc. As an extra bonus the villa has an additional basement sitting room with large wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and Wii games console. You can send kids there to play noisy games. Our son used it for his electric guitar lessons. Here there are also some essential things for yoga and gym (mats, rollers, dumbbells, etc). On the roof terrace there is a shady pergola and large heated jacuzzi screened by bamboo and jasmine. Guests can enjoy panoramic uninterrupted views across the mountains, the bay and the islands beyond. Here you can find also another kitchen and toilet. There are two portable desks with comfortable desk chairs which can be positioned anywhere in the villa for guests to work quietly if necessary. Guest access The villa address is 14, Palmiye sk, Kalkan (when you see Carrefour supermarket it is another 100 meters, turn left and immediately turn right). You will see on the gates “Kalkan Retreat” and No “14”. For taxi drivers you may mention that the villa is in Kalamar Bay. There is a couple of free parking slots right in front of the villa, if they are busy (very unlikely), you could find some others along the street. They are all free of charge. Other things to note The Famous Lycian Way runs very close by with an ancient aqueduct just a couple of hours hike away. Ancient Patara where Saint Nicholas was born is just 20 min to drive. It has 8 km sandy beach. Oludeniz famous for paragliding is about 1 hour to drive. Registration Details 13-6983
