About 400 square ft bedroom with your private bathroom right outside your door. You’ll love the central location too. Close to Downtown Brighton, Wixom, Heartland, Howell, Fenton. Not too far to Ann Arbor too! The space Spacious bedroom, that has about 400 sq.ft. Lots of closet space, black out shades, large tv, micro wave, coffee maker and dorm size refrigerator. Lots of windows too, when you want to view the wooded area and wet lands surrounding your place! Don’t worry, the black out shades block the windows, should you need to sleep during the day. Your bathroom is just outside your door, and it’s roomy too. Plus, we share the kitchen and laundry room. (we are open to making a schedule to share those areas with you if needed. ) Keyless entry at the front door and designated parking spot, makes living here easy. Guest access Kitchen, laundry, entry, dinning area. Living room, when needed. During your stay We are pretty busy, but easily reachable when not home. You will have all contact numbers. We are happy to converse and /or give you plenty of space. 🙂 Other things to note In the spring there are some animals that can be loud. Must love nature to stay here! The deck off the bedroom is small, it has room for two chairs and a very small table. The bedroom is on the second floor. Must be able to handle stairs. We are on a private road. Which the neighbors take turns plowing it in the winter. We have a full time renter in lower unit. He has his own private entrance and exit. (He uses the back deck to walk to his place)
