This luxury house is located on the plateau road to Ayder, Çamlıhemşin, Zilkale, which are the attractions for vacationers in the region. 15 minutes to the city center, 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Ayder Plateau. The most important feature of our house is its location. It is designed in a way that you can watch the centuries-old forests, mountains, storm valley and stream from where you sit and lie down. The sound of the river flowing on both sides of the house and the waterfall from which the rivers are formed will accompany you at all times. The space Our house is made of wood, stone and glass among the tea gardens. Our house consists of two floors in the same area, except for the ground floor. We have 2 double beds and 2 single beds. On the main floor, there is everything you need, such as a jacuzzi, TV, kitchen, bathroom, sofa, rocking chair, fireplace. The balcony is quite spacious and useful. There is a kitchen in the house, but we cannot allow cooking due to our policy as it gets too dirty and all the items absorb the smell, but we have a detailed kitchen downstairs, where you can prepare your meal with all the ingredients you need. There is a terrace in front of the kitchen where you can barbecue and have a good time with your loved ones. You can order food to the house as it is close to restaurants. There is a village road only 1.9 km from the main road. We have a special tour for places to visit and activities. The breakfast shown in the picture is not included in the room rate. Since I do not have a restaurant, I bring breakfast from a nearby restaurant to the room if requested, and the breakfast fee for one person is set at 500₺. I would like to point out that I do not make any profit from breakfast.
