This room also has a reading chair to soak in the views, a smart tv with cable, ceiling fan/light combo, floor length mirror, and a nicely appointed ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds as well as a stored-away pack-and-play if needed for little ones. Guest access As our guest, you have access to the entire home. You can use all of the rooms and emenities, including a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen and bathroom essentials. A grocery store is conveniently located right across the street along with beach boutiques, spas, waterfront restaurants and other attractions close by. Located right next to the Ashore building you are able to walk over and enjoy a bite to eat at The Taproom or Shore Deck, or grab a drink from the Wahoo Beach Bar. The OC inlet and boardwalk are a short drive away or can be reached by one of the close bus stations nearby. You'll also have access to building amenities including the indoor heated pool, hot-tub, sun-bathing deck, and direct beach access. You will be assigned two parking spaces and provided a unique door code for access. Other things to note *This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit. *This condo is on the 9th floor. Elevator building. *The indoor pool and hot-tub are open year-round. (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance). *We provide start-up supply package which includes 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of papertowels, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher pods, laundry detergent. *Off Season- considered as October through April is when building and unit renovations tend to take place. There may be contractors working on the building or in other units. *Thermostat is locked to not go below 70 degrees to avoid the unit freezing up in the summer. *Furniture is not moved for basic cleans in between guests.
