Huge 520 Sft Quonset two beds ( no bath / kitchen ) There’s even a tiny deck on beach to camp out on a platform under the stars! Hold a retreat for yoga / kayaking / family events / meditation/ artists/musician/ cyclists WORK CREWS ! The space You will find total of 3 bedrooms in the main house : 2 are in in main house --plus a dramatic queen bed in a separate adjoining studio > Studio has an awesome massage chair (for adults use only.) There are 2 beds in the storage area quonset - which is a large 520 sft space with a queen and a sofa bed .It can be used for music or art or meditation/ gatherings also . The bathrooms are only in the main house . 0utdoors you will find a huge long wide deck- suitable for group meals /yoga classes etc . There is a barrel sauna- out on the acreage and suitable for a max of 3-4 adults only .No children in it and no liability is assumed for use . For children you will find a single tree swing and a giant 9 foot plastic black bear -on whose lap or hand you can sit . He makes for a great photo op with the little ones at this Bear BnB ! A firepit is also available . The entire property is 2.5 grassy acres- so bring badminton sets, soccer balls or bikes to cycle around on gravel road . The beach has a little new rustic beach cabana for those who want to camp and even a full little two person flat open- air deck -suitable for completely exposed sleeping ..under the stars ! There is a small covered deck there also . Located on a harvestable oyster beach and at low tide you can walk out to the islands . This a wildlife and bird nature preserve area. We often see eagles and herons . You will see other birds , seals , sea lions at times -as well as whales occasionally . Kayaking is also there on beach ; I have two plastic kayaks for rental if needed. You could even have a small music festival on the land . Guest access For guests who rent the whole retreat the main house and quonset are the main features - particularly in winter and fall . An Extra sleeping foam mattress { very comfy ] can be set up for another twin /double bed on the lower part of the other bedroom in suite . The main house can have three couples sharing -with a single extra mattress in studio . The quonset can house another two in queen bed and a single bunk for one more . So 10 people can sleep -but with sharing rooms . Otherwise it is equivalent to four separate rooms - with 3 in main house( plus an extra single floor mattress ) and one giant room in the quonset . Best suited really for 6-8 In the summer there are extra options as stated above . For those with mobility issues the main house can be accessed via the front door on ground level . This makes the property suitable for family get togethers with several generations . As we are on a well and a septic system water will need to be used conservatively . No coffee grounds or other large items ( personal etc ) or too much grease should be sent down the drain . Other things to note -Please conserve water-- as we are on a well and a septic system- short showers for groups No bleach or solid wastes of any kind down the toilet or kitchen drains .No coffee grounds ( place in bin or on land ) Sauna is adults only - with no liability for use .
