All this with access to awesome backyard to relax in looking at the mountains. Each bedroom has a quality queen bed. Out of respect for the neighbourhood, this property does not host events but depending on season, limited visitors are allowed with approval. The space The space is high end finishing. Plenty of room for sleeping up to six adults in 3 bedrooms with each bedroom having a queen size bed. Has direct access to the backyard with own entrance where you can have a fire in the firepit, a row in the row boat, kayaks or peddle boat. Play set for children. And a gazebo with table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining by the lighthouse and fountain. Plus a short boat ride to a beach with sand toys, slide, and floats, loungers, music and a snack pavilion. Treat yourself, your family to an exciting experience. Alberta collects a tourism tax of 4 percent. We collect this upon check in via e transfer. We also starting July 1 need to collect GST of 5 percent. Come be our guests! Guest access Guests have access to the walkout basement via their own key. Basement is about 1,600 sq ft. with full windows across the family, kitchen, games room and one bedroom. Other things to note This is a no pet home. Before bringing a pet please confirm that this will be okay. This is not a Venue home. So weddings, parties for graduations and any functions of the sort are not permitted on the property. This is a no smoking within the suite, dock, boats. Only smoking including e-cigarettes is allowed at the fire pit. No cannabis on the property (on lake, dock, backyard and in the suite) at all is allowed. The kitchen is yours to use. Please note it is not stocked with food.
