Located in a small wine-growing village, less than 10 km from Reims, Gîte l'Effervescence is a former winemakers' house measuring 150 m² and dating from 1923. Completely renovated in 2023, it offers calm and tranquility. To get your stay off to a great start, a bottle of Champagne will be waiting for you in the fridge! You can stroll through the vineyards and the forest, visit our winery in Pouillon (by appointment), taste Champagnes, and more. Great for a stay with family or friends, or for a business trip. The space You will have a pleasant living room with an equipped kitchen, a living room with connected HD TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining room with a table for 6 people. The cottage has 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs with bathtub and shower; and 1 on the ground floor with shower), 2 separate toilets, 1 laundry room with washing machine and laundry care kit (laundry, clothes rack, ironing board and iron). 3 beautiful bedrooms are at your disposal, upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 - 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with hotel bedding and a connected HD TV. Guest access You will access the house through a small narrow alley. Street parking is available. You will have access to the entire house, the inner courtyard with its small green area and the covered terrace equipped, on sunny days, with garden furniture, a garden table and a barbecue (charcoal provided). Other things to note In case of late arrival or outside my availability to greet you, the key will be available in a key box. The code will be sent to you upon request.
