The space The newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room and kitchen blend into a single cozy space where guests can enjoy the delights of the Marche-Romagna cuisine. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a hot meal, and the living room features a comfortable one-and-a-half–sized sofa bed that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. The bedroom offers guests a comfortable double bed with linens and pillows, a wardrobe with hangers for easy storage of clothes, and an air conditioner. The bathroom provides towels and complimentary toiletries, and guests can also use the washing machine, which is especially convenient for longer stays. The outdoor garden, shared with the ground floor apartment, has two separate tables where guests from each apartment can enjoy the view in complete privacy. The apartment also includes a free outdoor parking space on the property. The property is fully fenced. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox with a code, which will be provided on the day of arrival together with detailed instructions. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. They will also enjoy a private parking space within the property, as well as access to the garden, which is shared with the guests of the ground-floor apartment. The garden offers the opportunity to relax and dine outdoors at the designated outdoor tables. Other things to note For those without a car, the property is well connected to the sea thanks to public buses or the tourist train, whose stop is located right in front of the apartment.
