Gipsy Chic Duplex On The Beach

You must bring your own sheets/towels/dishcloths. You must clean up before leaving. Come and unwind in this charming 25 m² duplex just 10 meters from the beach! The decor is bohemian in style, and the layout has been designed to make the apartment functional, spacious, and cozy: a living area, a dining area, a kitchen where you can prepare meals, a small bathroom, and a large bedroom upstairs with storage space. All cleaning products are available inside. Please collect your trash and dispose of it in the containers at the entrance to Carolles Plage. The inventory will be carried out after your departure. If we find that cleaning has not been carried out or that the beds have been used without sheets, we will unfortunately be forced to withhold a portion of the security deposit. This is a duplex located literally 10 meters from the beach. It is located in a one-story building so there are no listings above or below. The duplex is about 25m2 also spread between the ground floor and the top. The decor is bohemian chic with heathered materials and furniture during my travels in France, Morocco, Chad and China. The tiles allow the apartment to be kept cool during the hot weather. You'll wake up to the rays of the morning sun. In the afternoon, the apartment is untouched by the heat. At night, you will fall asleep with a light sound of waves:-) The kitchen is large for you to cook during your stay. It's fully equipped. There is a dining table for 2 people. The bathroom was cleverly thought out so as to keep as much space for living rooms and we even managed to put a washing machine in it! It's compact and functional. The bedroom and reading area on the 1st floor is very spacious with a bed (two mattresses together) of very good quality, armchairs and plenty of storage. The square where the apartment is located is lively in summer because there are several restaurants but the noise is reasonable in the evening since everything closes quite early except special evening and Grandes Tides festival. Guest access All Other things to note There are the straw huts/restaurant at the bottom of the building. It's really not very noisy, especially since they close rather early unless there's a special evening. Beware, in July there is the festival of the high tides. The site is 300 meters from the apartment, you can hear the concerts from the window!
