Welcome to our recently remodeled cozy cabin nestled in the enchanting woods, less than 30 minutes to Yosemite's west entrance. If you're seeking a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect destination for you. Surrounded by towering trees and breathtaking natural beauty, our cabin offers a tranquil escape where you can unwind and reconnect with nature. The space Almost completely renovated cozy cabin (finished June 2023) with a living room/kitchen that is surrounded by large windows to enjoy the beautiful views of sugar pines, cedars, oaks and firs. Home is great for a couple, or a family with young kids (2 adults and up to 2 kids). If you are booking for 4 adults, you might need to squeeze in (please look at the sofa bed dimensions below). Brand new kitchen with new appliances - a gas stove, oven with air fryer, over-range microwave and fridge. Even contains a RO (reverse osmosis) filter installed in the sink. No dishwasher is available. Bedding configuration: 1) Double bed 2) Ravenna Relax-A-Lounger Euro Lounger (approx 80" x 50") Note: The bed and the sofa bed are in adjacent spaces without a door in between, so this home is not appropriate for groups that are expecting more privacy. The TV room and bathroom have low ceilings and may not be comfortable for very tall guests. Mildly remote area so spotty cell coverage and power outages can happen during winter storms. Switch to "Wifi Calling" for improved phone calls. This home is highly recommended for those that want to get unplugged, re-charged, relax and enjoy the outdoors. Things to know: Free WiFi *Internet access can occasionally be spotty depending on the weather No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without prior approval. There are 2 other homes on the property (ask about booking multiple homes for larger groups) but separated out for privacy. Guest access Guests are able to exclusively access the entire cabin, and outdoor sitting area outside the cabin. Guests are welcome to explore the beautiful property staying on the trails in the property. The home has been outfitted with a smart lock for your convenience. You will be provided an access code shortly before your stay. For added security and the safety of our guests we have installed external security cameras. The cameras only points outside the cabin. Other things to note Uncovered parking spot right outside the cabin is available for guests. Access to internet via Starlink. Cell phone signal can be spotty on the property. Cabin is in the woods, and driving around 1 mile on an unpaved road is required to access the cabin. Cabin is accessible by regular cars (including sedans) year around, except when there has been a recent winter snow storm, when an all wheel drive vehicle might be required. An extensive guidebook is provided with detailed driving directions with pictures to ensure a smooth check-in process. It is recommended to arrive in day light hours if possible on the check-in day to more easily locate the property. Cabin operates on well water, similar to other homes in the area. Sometimes the water might look yellowish due to higher concentration of iron in the water, and it is normal. The well water has been tested for potability and the water is safe and drinkable. The cabin is not part of a gated community and there are *NO* additional fees to access the home.
