Bedroom 2 is located on the 2nd floor, which offers a 1 bed with a private toilet and bath. it has a 12 inches thick queen size chiropractic mattress for comfort with a low solid "mahogany" wooden bed frame, headboard, and a built-in hanging side table on each side, it has a double door wardrobe with hangers inside where clothes can be hung and stored. Likewise, an allotted workspace (desk, chair, and power outlet) is provided , and guests can work remotely. A 32" wall hung smart TV with available Netflix and Youtube for watching movies. Access to the said bedroom uses a wooden panel door with hardware where it can be locked from inside and outside of the bedroom. All ceiling lightings, droplight, and strip lights use warm/cool white LED bulbs for a cosy feel and energy efficient as well. Provision of 1.5 HP spilt type Air conditioning and ceiling fan has also been provided for guests to choose from. Painted walls and ceiling while glossy wood finish porcelain tiles were used on the floors. A seating area for two (2) with a table near the windows where you can spend time to sit, read, and relax. Provision of a wooden frame glass panel partition on one side of the room overlooking the living room below with block out curtains for added privacy. The bedroom can accommodate at least 1 to 3 persons. A standby floor mattress would be available upon request by the guest. The toilet and bath consist of the following; 1. One (1) lavatory with quartz slab countertop complete with faucet (hot and cold water) and overflow drain. A wooden shelf under the counter is provided where bath towels are put in place. A wall mounted wooden frame face mirror on top of the lavatory counter was also provided. 2. One (1) flushed type water closet with bidet spray on one side. 3. Tempered glass fix/sliding door for shower enclosure with hot and cold rain and hand shower with faucet are provided. 4. Provisions of trash bins for used toilet paper and garbage disposal are provided. Guest access Interior Space - The guest can access the foyer, living room, and combined dining and kitchen on the ground floor. A separate kitchenette outside for food preparation and cooking can be accessed through the kitchen and main entrance door as well. Exterior Space - guests can access (in and out) the property through the pedestrian and vehicular gate. Likewise, a roof garage and a covered entry porch can be accessed while guests can watch the surrounding neighbourhood at the common balcony located on the second floor. One (1) street parking is available outside the property and can be used also by the guest. During your stay We are always ready for anything for our guest's needs.
