Welcome to the Treehouse at Williams Creek! This newly-built, 3200 sq. foot home is secluded on 10-acres but just minutes to wineries, breweries, & other attractions. Highlights: hot tub + outdoor shower, 12-person indoor dining, outdoor dining/living space, fire pit, heated floors, well-stocked chef's kitchen two ovens. Just minutes to popular wineries, breweries, distilleries, farms, hiking, and other attractions. 30 min to Charlottesville, 15 min to Crozet. Featured in C-Ville Abode! The space UPSTAIRS: Walk in upstairs to amazing mountain views and trees (hence the name). To your left are three spacious bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds, and two king bed rooms. The owner's suite has an en suite bathroom with a dual-head shower, two sinks, and private toilet. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub in the upstairs hallway, as well as a laundry room. There are TVs with Roku streaming platforms in all of the bedrooms except for the bunk room. In the owner's suite, you will also find a linen closet with extra sheets and blankets. There are plenty of towels, wash cloths, and makeup cloths, in all of the bathrooms. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash. DOWNSTAIRS: The remaining bedroom (queen and pull-out sofa) is located downstairs along with the kitchen, 12-person dining table, and living area with Apple TV streaming platform. In the kitchen, you will find plenty of glasses, dishes, silverware, bakeware, spices, napkins, towels, paper towels, and other necessities. We also have a 6-burner gas stove and 2 ovens, as well as a dual carafe/k-cup coffee maker and a small coffee grinder. You will also find a welcome gift waiting for you in the kitchen! On the custom bookshelves, you will find books, board games, and some kids toys, curated by our children ;-) OUTSIDE: Walk outside from the downstairs living area to a patio complete with hot-tub, large outdoor sofa, fire pit, gas grill, 10-person dining table, and breathtaking mountain views. Hike down the hill to splash in Williams Creek, head for a stroll in the woods, or enjoy a glass of wine and a book on the patio while enjoying the view. In the Spring and Summer, you can pick the wildflowers that grow beside the house. We (your hosts) built this house in 2023! Rachel's husband, Chris, owns the construction company that built the house. We put a lot of care and attention into the design of the home, including the heated bathroom and concrete floors, and the materials used, including local soapstone and wood from trees on the property. After staying at Airbnbs around the world, we wanted to make this house as comfortable for our guests as possible. We hope you enjoy this very special home as much as we do!
