This is a beautiful newly refurbished apartment. It has 2 bedrooms, a large studio style living space with two sofa's that are also sofa beds, so you have a total of 4 double beds. Dining area seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with W/M, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Cooker, Extractor, Hob. Spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, boiler, drying space. The apartment has easy access from Nice Airport via the new tram system, so you can get Airport to the apartment within 30mins. The space On entering the apartment, you will have a bathroom on your left and then continue walking along the hallway and next you will have the Kitchen on your left, on your right is cloak stand and shoes area. going forward opens up into the living space with dining area and full internet smart TV. Opposite the living space are the double bedrooms 1 and Double bedroom 2. Both bedrooms are equipped with great light and wardrobes and TV's, one of the bedrooms has its own balcony and outside seating. Guest access From the beautiful Port de Nice Marina, you will see our building just opposite Port Lympia Car parking on Quai La Douane. You will access the apartment from the green entrance doors from outside the building with a key fob. Then make your way either by lift or stairs to 2nd floor. The apartment is the door on the left labelled HAMID. Here you will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment is very ideally situated, when exiting the apartment and heading back to the main Quai de La Douane, if you turn right you will walk past a number of great restaurants and the Marina will be on your left, keep walking and you will come to the famous Promenade de Anglais, with the Mediterranean sea on your left and the beautiful old towns on your right with the stunning sea views bars and restaurants. If you would like more info on what to find where and where to go, we have been living in Nice for 5 years and know it well and will be happy to share local knowledge. On exiting the apartment if you turn left, you will head to Garibaldi Square and the green spaces of Nice that then head towards the modern up scale shopping areas. If you are a Rugby fan, France is hosting the World Cup 2023 this year and the tram just outside our apartment can take you very close to the Stade De Nice where many of the matches will be held.
