Family room for 4 people, in a white stone estate with a king size bed and a sofa bed You will have access to: - a common area for several guests including: kitchen, sitting area/TV. - a large garden, a table for outdoor dining and a barbecue - a sports & spa area. Private access during business hours (advance booking) 20 min from Arras, 35 min from Louvres Lens, 1 hour from Amiens, 1 hour from the beaches of the Côte d'Opale. The space Bedroom including: 1 king size bed (160 x 200) + 1 sofa bed + TV and bathroom Guest access Bedroom, common area (kitchenette and living room), garden (barbecue, deckchairs, outdoor table), spa & sports area. During your stay I remain at your disposal before and during your stay. I live at the Estate: you just have to come and knock on my door or contact me by phone if I'm not there. Other things to note The spa is not accessible to children.
