Charcoal and propane grills are also provided for outdoor cooking. Inside, you'll find a cozy living area, full kitchen, bathroom, and two queen bedrooms. The loft offers additional sleeping space with queen and twin XL beds, creating a comfortable retreat for up to 6 guests. While the property feels secluded and surrounded by nature, shopping and dining are just minutes away. Please note that some highway noise may be heard in the distance. Guest access You have access to the grounds, 2.5 acre fishing pond, fire pit, pavilion, outhouse, grills, hot tub, kayaks, forest trail, wood burning barrel sauna. Other things to note Ujima Retreat Center is a private (non-shared) space but we frequent the property management suite on site. You may see us leaving the garage, taking out the trash, as the main drive is shared. In the event of a weather emergency, you may see us securing outdoor amenities. The loft area is intended to provide additional beds for guests and is not suitable for luggage or other large items. Fishing gear and grilling supplies are not included but you’re welcome to bring your own. We provide firewood for the wood burning sauna. And a treated fire log for the firepit. We have lots of fireflies in the summer months. No events, parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. This booking is for a short term stay, this is not an event rental. This is a retreat space designed for quiet enjoyment. We are near a highway (as seen in the photo) so traffic noise can be heard during commuting hours. The private, spring-fed pond is 2.5 acres. It is stocked with fish and a natural habitat for native aquatic life.
