We allow a maximum of 2 housebroken dogs. We cannot accept cats due to allergies. The pet fee is part of our nightly rate if you have selected pet on your reservation. If you have not included on booking but disclose the pet/s to us prior to checking in, the fee will be requested via AirBNB at $100. NOTE: The pet/s must be included on the reservation. There will be a $200 charge for bringing an undisclosed pet into the home. Community and township quiet hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Please do not allow pets to excessively bark and create a disturbance. You will be responsible for any fines issued by the township or HOA. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except for Owner's Closet, basement, and attic. Other things to note Wildlife, including bears, are present in the area. Please enjoy all of the amenities available with caution and at your own risk. Do not leave any food or trash outside or in vehicles. Home is accessible by stairs only. Fireworks not allowed at the property per HOA and local ordinance. There will be a $800 fine for fireworks. We have self-check-in system via smart lock and individualized door code. Check-in is any time after 4:00PM and Check-out is any time before 11:00AM. For your safety, there is a security camera (Ring doorbell) on the front exterior by the door which is motion activated and by ringing of the doorbell. Per township recommendation, we do have noise monitors that do not record any sound, but instead monitor decibel levels only. We do not give refunds for weather or natural disasters.
