From the villa, a small beach used by two nearby houses can be reached via a path of about one hundred metres. Access to the beach includes a staircase that is a bit steep but still practicable. Other things to note The property is ideal for families, including those with children, thanks to its large garden with lawn and safe outdoor spaces — perfect for playing and relaxing in the open air.
