The space Lavender Cottage offers great flexibility as the main bedroom can be set up as either a superking double or twin singles. The 2 bedrooms share a shower room. Spacious open plan living space with 3 & 4 seater sofas and a smart tv. The kitchen is very well equipped and supplied so no need to bring the basics. Picnic kit also provided. Fresh milk is also put in the fridge and tea/coffee/sugar are supplied. Table & chairs on the outside patio. Parking right outside. Laundry facilities available on request. Fibre WiFi available in all rooms. Guest access Guests turn off the A19 road onto a long concrete drive which serves 3 properties on the same site. This cottage is let as an entire single space for max of 4 guests, including children 2yrs or older. In addition all guests have access to extensive open gardens including a large (unfenced) pond and summerhouse. Plenty of parking right outside the cottage. Other things to note Strictly No Smoking on the farm and in Lavender Cottage. EV charging point not yet available hence charging is not permitted but information about nearby charging points given on request. Undercover parking available for motorbikes & storage area + rack for bicycles.
