Modern guest house 3 km from the sea

New and modern, 32 square meters with four beds. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Toilet and shower. You are in the countryside surrounded by nice pastures with cows, horses. Only 3 km to the sea and 5 km to the swimming area, docks, kiosk (June-Aug), boat harbor and the possibility of sea fishing. At the same distance there is a bakery with breakfast and a café. At a convenient distance just 19 minutes by car is Marstrand, one of Sweden's most popular tourist destinations. Barely an hour's drive from Landvetter airport. The space Completely renovated home in 2023 of 32 square meters. Bright and modern with fully-equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer, toilet with shower. One bedroom with door with a sofa bed for two people (IKEA Hemnes, 160x200). Wardrobe with baskets and clothes hangers. A small work table with chair. Living room and kitchen with TV (Chromcast) with sofa bed for two people, (144x200). The accommodation is compact and this sofa bed may need to be “made up” during the day if you are four people to get more space. It also gives the door to the toilet more space. Good to know is also that the fridge is close to this sofa bed and can be perceived as disturbing if you are sensitive to such noise during the night. (No guest so far have mentioned this.) Kitchen with induction stovetop, microwave, real oven, coffee maker, kettle, glass and porcelain, window to nature and a table with 4 seats. Baby chair available (IKEA, antilop). Toilet with sink with mirror cabinet and shower. Towel shelf and radiator. Small patio with courtyard next to the home. Two chairs and a sofa with cushions in the cushion box. Tents across the patio there is June-August. Longer if the weather allows. Guest access The accommodation is in a separate building on the ground floor with its own entrance and code lock. About 10 meters from the main building (host's residence). Other things to note The water heater is 50 liters 2000w (typical in small houses in Sweden). If all the hot water is used, it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to heat up again. If you take short showers, it's usually enough for all of you. This includes: Cleaning as well as duvets, pillows, bed sheets, bottom sheets and towels (one set per person and stay for indoor use). For hygiene reasons, we ask you not to use bedding or sleeping bags and the like. For the same reason, existing duvets and pillows may not be used without the bed linen we provide. Thank you! You need a car to get here and get around. In the garden, there is a small pond, 2x2 meters with goldfish. We are beekeepers and have a couple of bee colonies on the edge of the property. We are in the countryside close to nature so insects can of course occur outside as well as inside. An electric "fly trap" is available in the accommodation. Tap water can be drunk throughout Sweden. Ours is also very good. Booking via agent is not allowed. We want the person who booked to be the same person who lives in the accommodation. Thank you!
