The space Upon arrival, you will discover an exquisite open-concept tiny home. The living area boasts a smart television, granting you access to all your preferred streaming platforms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide array of spices, pots and pans, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, ensuring you won't miss out on your morning beverage. The Master bedroom features a queen-sized bed that exudes luxury. The mattress offers unparalleled comfort, tempting you to indulge in a day-long retreat, while our smart TV allows you to relish your beloved shows without leaving the cozy confines of your bed. The Bunks: Double the comfort. Within the bunk area, you will find two twin-sized beds equipped with the most comfortable mattresses and a shade that blocks out light, ensuring utmost privacy for a peaceful sleep. They are located in the hallway in front of the bathroom and next to the master bedroom and across from the kitchen. Note: not private! The Loft bedroom showcases a generous queen-sized bed, complemented by a comfortable seating area positioned next to the window. From these windows, one can enjoy scenic views of the surrounding woods and catch a glimpse of the nearby lake, which is conveniently within walking distance from the house. Moreover, the loft offers a vantage point overlooking the living room and kitchen situated below. Other things to note The porches offer ample seating for your utmost comfort on the deck. The screened-in porch is thoughtfully furnished with a smart TV, a dining table, and several chairs. Additionally, the fire-pit, located at the front of the house, has 6 Adirondack chairs ready for family gatherings. Firewood is not provided Starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee k-cups will be provided. Guests planning to stay more than a few days will want to bring extra. There are 2 Heron Houses on this property. The other one is Time Out Heron. It is the larger of the two, boasting 890 feet square, including the loft. It has 2 private bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. There’s also 2 full bathrooms downstairs and a loft with a king bed. Time Out will sleep 6 very comfortably. Together the two houses are booked as Heron Houses. Consider this when looking for options for a larger crowd!
