New bed, new shower, and fresh sheets It’s a quiet personal space in the perfect location with downtown, Roma Norte, Condesa and Zona Rosa/ colonia Juárez right on your doorstep. Within one block of metrobús and metro station Cuauhtémoc. The space Sturdy earthquake proof building! Old construction: the building has survived over 50 years without a scratch. Porter is available to help with bags and maintain the building in shape. The air bnb’s are stand alone, private rooms on the rooftop. It’s up three flights of stairs as they are on the roof and there is no elevator but it’s not bad as it’s only 3 floors. The studio is your own with your own access in and out of the building. There is a roofgarden on your doorstep with nice views. Some seating areas, benches etc. This is a communal however not usually busy with people. You are also welcome to bring friends to that area during the day. But must be kept quiet past 10pm. Also on this rooftop is a washer dryer. Other things to note MY LOCAL TIPS Convenience stores / supermarket / market 1. Mercado Juárez Across the road, big market (can’t miss it), open every day from about 7:30am-6pm. They have everything you may need at good prices (butchers, bakery, toiletries, veg, and general supplies) It’s a very safe and nice market. They also have cooked meals, freshly squeezed juices and cappuccinos. When I lived and worked here most of my days started and ended in there! 2. Oxxo - 24 hour mini mart (Alcohol only until 10pm) Come out the building, turn right and walk to the end of the block and across the road to the left you will see it. 3. Sumesa (on Calle Londres) Is the closest supermarket RESTAURANTES Cafe Tacuba (Mex + brunch)
