Located in the classified village of Maincy, a stone's throw from the famous Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, 10 minutes from the Château de Blandy les Tours and 20 minutes from the Fontainebleau forest, this house offers you a peaceful setting in a little-known cul-de-sac. The village has all the essential amenities: small supermarket, pizzeria, tobacco bar and bakery. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate direct access to a GR (long-distance hiking trail) just a 1-minute walk away. The space Small house on 3 levels, completely redone in 2023. Located in a cul-de-sac, you will sleep in peace. On the ground floor you will find: - A cozy living room with a smart TV for your moments of relaxation. - A fitted kitchen: small fridge, 2-burner induction hob, compact dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs, enjoy a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a bathroom with toilet nearby. Under the attic, a cocooning space with a single bed (90 × 200 cm) awaits you. A baby bed can also be installed if needed. ⚠️ The steps are quite high, ensure the safety of the little ones. Many tourist sites are nearby (castles accessible on foot, by bicycle or by car). Bikes can be booked in advance to explore the local area.
