Designed with hotel-style amenities in mind, our suite features a separate entrance, private stairs, and a secluded porch. The spacious room includes a luxurious king-size bed, a dresser, and a very soft queen pull-out sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. You'll find a cozy living area perfect for relaxation and a private bathroom for your exclusive use. Please note that while our suite is completely private with no shared spaces, it is attached to our home. Our home is built into a mountain, offering stunning views, and the suite is on the second floor, whereas we live on floors three to five. Due to Golden's policy, AirBnB rentals must be part of the primary residence. Although we live on-site, we rarely run into or notice guests - but we are friendly and will say hello if we do! The kitchenette is fully equipped with a mini-fridge w/ freezer, microwave (that doubles as an air fryer and oven), Nespresso machine (with complimentary Nespresso cups), basic cooking supplies, silverware, wine opener, knives, cutting boards, bowls, and basic spices. For entertainment and connectivity, we offer a large TV and high-speed internet, making Zoom meetings or streaming your favorite shows a breeze. We have a mini split to keep you cool, while floor-to-ceiling windows offer unparalleled views of the mountains, ensuring you'll have the best seat in the house. Pros and Cons of our Guest Suite: While our condo offers modern comforts and stunning views, there are a few aspects of our suite to consider. We love our home and have updated it to provide a more modern style. However, since the home was built in the 90s, some parts of the suite have an older feel. Our driveway is very steep, and parking is available on the street. The walk up to the guest suite is short but steep, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While we are conveniently located near town, there is significant elevation, and the walk to town takes approximately 25-30 minutes. We are continuously working to improve our suite and ensure a comfortable experience for our guests. I Guest access Enjoy free street parking, and if needed, feel free to briefly pull up to the top of our steep driveway for easy bag unloading.
