Lordship Beach House - Pool & Beach (seasonal)

Lordship is one of the best kept secrets in Fairfield County where every day is a vacation! Enjoy water views from almost every room of house and yard and cool off in the salt water heated in-ground pool (open May-Sep). Get here then relax; walk to multiple beaches, golf course, playground and several restaurants. The space Get ready for full outdoor living with a heated in-ground salt water pool (open May-Sep) surrounded by a large brick patio, 6 person outdoor teak table with umbrella, sun loungers, gas BBQ and wood fire pit. The back yard is fully fenced and flat. We have pool floats, lawn games and water views for days. Inside, there is Central Air & Heat or screened doors if you'd rather enjoy the beautiful ocean breezes. The main level has a formal dining room, renovated open kitchen, dining table for 8 people and a family room with 180-degree water views, tons of comfy seating and a 65" Smart TV. Upstairs, there is a large main bedroom with a king bed, a private balcony with water views and a workspace (standing desk with monitor). The second bedroom has a queen bed with desk and tremendous water views. The third bedroom has 2 full beds and also manages water views. Technology wise, the house has fast 400 Mbps Optimum Fiber internet with a strong full-house mesh Wi-Fi network perfect for Zooming and streaming. Central Air and Heat is controlled by a Nest Thermostat. The house has wireless Nest speakers for music, virtual assistant and controlling some lights. The TV has AppleTV and Roku with Netflix, Hulu, HBO and lots of other streaming services. All beach/pool towels, bath towels and linens are included. There is also a washer & dryer available for your use. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing detergent, washing machine detergent, dryer sheets and other basic cleaning products for use throughout your stay. We're sorry, but pets are not permitted during your stay. Please note the seasonality of the pool that it will be open from May-Sep and that the rooftop deck in the photos is unfortunately inaccessible to guests due to safety concerns. Guest access The house is fully yours to enjoy with the exception of the garage, basement, attic (yes, that unfortunately means the rooftop deck) and one locked owners closet. Other things to note This house is not a rental property, it's a family home so we just ask that you treat it as such. Everything in the house has been carefully curated and has meaning. There are strictly no parties allowed and we ask that there are no more than 10 guests on the property at a time. For the respect of our neighbors, we ask that there is no noise outside after 10pm and that inside music is kept to a minimum after that time too (there is a great bar/restaurant called Riley's by the Seawall about a mile walk if you want some music after dark!) Note that we do have OUTDOOR ONLY security cameras on the front door, driveway and backyard. There are NO cameras or recording devices indoors.
