Old and imperfect, but magical. *A THIRD BEDROOM-1/2 BATH MAY BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL FEE, PLEASE reach out prior to booking for details* The space A king and queen bedroom are both located on the second floor, along with two full bathrooms. The master bath, adjoining the king suite and a second bath in the hall. On main level you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room and sunporch as well as a third full bathroom. The house is fully stocked with linens, China, kitchen, accessories, etc. just bring your clothes. **Should you desire more room, please ask! We may be able to accommodate with a third queen bedroom and half bath on the basement level. Access to the living room and main floor via staircase ** Guest access You are welcome to use the laundry area which can be accessed through the door under the porch on the stream-side of the house. Other things to note The house is conveniently located 10-15 minutes south of Charlottesville. You can be at the Bellair Market in 10 minutes! However, no need to go into town! We have the best pizza in the area at Dr. Ho’s less than 1/2 mile drive down the road in the crossroads center. There you will also find a fabulous deli, beautiful pastries, wines beer, a gas station ATM and all of your convenience store needs in one. Just across route 29, you will also find the fabulous Pippin Hill Vineyard. Be sure to go for a tasting or have lunch. There are also multiple Cider-houses a great antique store in Covesville and bourbon tasting just down the road.
