Nobody gets stuck on a twin or a sofa bed here! Both bedrooms are located at the back of the house while the living space (and TV) is located all the way at the front. The master bedroom is HUGE and has its own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a sitting area. The kitchen, living, and dining area is open-concept and great for socializing after a hard-day's work. If you like, grab a refreshment, hang out & grill something delicious on the BBQ. The living space has a large, comfortable couch and a new Smart TV to stream your favourite shows. If you prefer to use your own device to watch/video chat with friends and family in your room, the extremely fast wifi has excellent signal throughout the house. Guest access You'll have the whole place to yourself, including the private back landing with a BBQ. The laundry room is shared with the family living upstairs. It’s got deadbolt locks to ensure everyone’s space is kept separate & secure. The coded smart lock allows for all-hour access without the worry of exchanging or misplacing keys. Other things to note Please note that this home is an upper level of a duplex so there will be neighbours below you from time to time. You may hear them occasionally and they will hear any loud noises you make... We ask all of our guests to be conscious of noise levels and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
