Nice apartment in downtown San Nicolás with garage

Enjoy the beautiful 360 view of San Nicolás de los Arroyos. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our apartment, centrally located and with outstanding security. We are located in the heart of the city, where you have all kinds of shops, pharmacies, ATMs, and restaurants very close by. You'll always have transportation and 24/7 security. Our space was designed to make you feel at home and to ensure a comfortable, friendly, and warm stay. The space In the apartment you have two (2) bedrooms, one (1) bathroom, kitchen, living room, refrigerator with freezer and Smart-TV. We rent the entire apartment, which has two (2) double beds, two bedside tables, a hot/cold air conditioner, blankets, sheets, and clothes hooks. The bathroom features a hot-cold water shower, sink, and toilet. (There is shampoo, conditioner, and soap for guests) You can cook and use the kitchen utensils. 30 meters away there is a parking lot where you can leave the car, which we offer at no cost. It's a small space, pickup trucks and large SUVs won't fit. You can also leave it outside the building and there is no problem. The area is very quiet and safe with 24-hour surveillance cameras. We don't have a laundry service. Keys are provided so you can get in and out without problems. And finally, all that's left is to ENJOY... Other things to note For all those people who are looking to combine a tourist destination with religious activities and get to know a tourist city, San Nicolás is the ideal place. Visiting the imposing Sanctuary and seeing the sacred image of the Virgen del Rosario de San Nicolás up close is an unforgettable and unique experience. The atmosphere of peace and tranquility can be felt in its large park and grove. A visit to this site at least once is highly recommended. Remember that every September 25th the Day of the Miracle is celebrated and the crowds fill the place and living that experience is something wonderful. After visiting the Sanctuary, you can enjoy its beautiful waterfront, where you can also take a bike tour (rented by the municipality) through the ECO Parque San Nicolás, Parque San Martin and the beaches of El Arenal and Barranquitas. If you like architecture, the city still has several historic buildings, such as the Casa del Acuerdo, the Rafael Aguiar Municipal Theater, Parroquia del Espiritu Santo, Catedral de San Nicolás, Casa Barco Irupe, among others. And if you want to discover even more of the city, we invite you to explore and look for the wonderful murals of Martín Ron, between two works that stand out on the walls of two buildings in the city, San Nicolás has a lot to offer and that is why it is a place to visit and enjoy for more than one day, a highly recommended visit.
