Between May and September 2026, this beautiful home will undergo renovations to provide guests with access to both levels of the property. Reservations before May 2026 will continue to have access to the upper level only (3 bedrooms), while bookings from September 2026 onward will enjoy the full two-level layout with 5 bedrooms. Upstairs will remain just as guests know and love, as shown in the image gallery. From September 2026, the second lower level will be accessible via the internal staircase, creating a spacious two-level holiday home that can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. Downstairs is being transformed into an open-plan sleeping and living area, featuring a Queen bed, two Single beds in a semi-open room with an architectural cut-out, and a sofa bed available on request. Outside, the improvements continue with: • An updated pool cabana area • New pool tiles and fencing • Refreshed, simplified gardens for a cleaner, more modern feel Once complete, this home will offer significantly more space and flexibility, ideal for extended families or groups who want extra room to spread out. *** Wake to beautiful ocean views every morning, from the master and second bedrooms. Featuring ceiling fans throughout, unlimited Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and beautifully furnished living & dining spaces, you’ll feel right at home. In the bathroom, you’ll find an abundance of vanity space, a toilet, shower and a separate bath to soak away any stresses. The pool and alfresco area boasts loungers, a dining setting and BBQ making this home an ideal place for groups to enjoy some downtime. In the garage, you’ll find space for one car, as well as a laundry with a washer, dryer and second toilet. There is also a second driveway down the side of the house for more off-street parking. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties. A second driveway down the side of the home offers additional parking for a large boat or caravan. Although we try to schedule this around existing reservations, it is not always possible.
