Located in the heart of Ayvalık's centuries-old historical fabric, our old Greek house is in a neighborhood with houses close to each other. There is a bedroom on the first floor, a bathroom and a kitchen in the entrance; there are two bedrooms, a balcony and a terrace on the second floor. Saatli Mosque, Taksiarhis Church, and Şeytan's Coffee are within walking distance. Our place is rented as a house. Our guests are offered the opportunity to use it as their own home. The space The items in the house were selected in accordance with the texture of the old Greek house. Considering the comfort of our guests, there is a washing machine and electrical appliances that can be used in the kitchen (kettle, filter coffee machine, samovar, electric stove, instant kettle) and ceiling fans in the rooms. Guest access There is a painting-ceramic workshop in the lower part of the house, which is not accessible to our guests and has a separate entrance. Other things to note Considering that the place is also in a neighborhood where local people live, care should be taken not to make noise at late hours. Mutual respect should be observed by establishing empathy. The house is delivered to our guests in a clean condition. Our guests should pay attention to the cleaning rules as long as they stay in the house (taking out the garbage, leaving the kitchen clean, watering the flowers in the house if possible, etc.).
