This bedroom sits on the Northern side of the house, with a comfy queen size bed, & lots of old school charm. Town is just a 5 min stroll along the river, otherwise you can visit any of the nearby beaches, best surf spots, cafes, national parks & rainforest, or just curl up with a book at home & enjoy the river views & sunsets from the balcony made with Victorian lacework. The space There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level of the house; One master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the river, a smaller bedroom to the right of the staircase with a queen size bed, & a 3rd bedroom to the left of the staircase with a double bed. There is a dining / living room downstairs with smart TV, a separate kitchen with sliding barn doors to the right, a bathroom with shower & toilet downstairs, plus a second toilet upstairs. There is a shared beautiful verandah with gorgeous Victorian lacework downstairs, which also has river views. Guest access You will be able to access all areas within the house, except for the 2 other private bedrooms. The entire front garden & both upper & lower decks are accessible, however, the other guests will not be able to access your private balcony. During your stay I will be staying in a separate house on the same property, so I am available should you need assistance. I may come in & out to prepare other rooms for bookings, however, I completely respect your privacy. Other things to note We have a separate listing for Riverwood Lodge to book the entire house if you would like the luxury of the whole home, with 3 bedrooms to yourself :) There also 2 other separate listings for the other 2 bedrooms, should you wish to try them another time also.
