We also have multiple pack and plays with sheets and a high chair, for the little ones. The fully-equipped, recently updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and gadgets such as a slow cooker, instant pot, blender, keurig, food processor, hand mixer, rice cooker, and more, is perfect for preparing meals for a large group. There’s a gas BBQ just outside on the spacious deck where you can grill year-round— local tip: check out The Butcher Shoppe down the road— and an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. You can even add some fresh herbs to your meals from one of our planters in the summer! After some fun in the sun, curl up with a glass of wine and a good book from our book collection by the wood burning fireplace, hang out in the hammock or the lounge chairs on the deck (seasonal), catch up on your work in our private office with an adjustable desk, or enjoy some board games and puzzles. THE DETAILS • Location: Locust Lake Village in Pocono Lake, PA. • Wifi: Lightning-fast wifi and charging ports are available throughout the home. • Lake Access: The house is close to 3 beautiful lakes with sandy beaches. Locust Lake is only steps away. • LLV Amenities: Each booking will be required to fill out a pre-registration for the community and provide the names and vehicle information for all guests. 8 adult guest wristbands will be included in your stay. They grant access to all the amenities LLV offers. Wristbands are only required for guests age 12 & up. These wristbands will be left for you at the house and must be returned to the house before you checkout. There will be a $25 fee for any lost or unreturned wristbands. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home and wooded yard, plus all of the Locust Lake Village's amenities with your wristbands. Other things to note Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking. We welcome friends and family, and the primary renter for each group must be 25 years or older. Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10pm - 8am while outdoors. In accordance with local ordinances, guests will be asked to provide a list of guests and their vehicles about 1 week prior to the start of each reservation.
