Gentle sunshine warms the patios during the day, and as evening arrives, the glow of the fire pit and the inviting heat of the year-round pools create spaces to unwind beneath Scottsdale’s cool seasonal sky. Whether you’re sharing meals, relaxing between activities, or moving easily between the two homes, the setting offers room to slow down and enjoy the calm of Arizona’s winter rhythm. Sleeping arrangements With space for up to 20 guests across nine bedrooms and thirteen beds, the connected homes provide comfortable sleeping options for groups traveling together. In Sundream, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, ensuite bath with double vanities, a standalone tub and shower, and direct pool access. Another king bedroom features an ensuite bath and backyard entry, while two additional bedrooms offer a twin bed and a queen bed. In Desert Vice, the primary bedroom combines a king and a twin bed with an ensuite bath, TV, and backyard access. Another room includes a king bed with an ensuite and outdoor entry, while the remaining bedrooms feature one king bed and one room with a queen and twin bed. Six full bathrooms across both homes add convenience throughout your stay. Outdoor living Both homes open to private outdoor spaces fully fenced for privacy and relaxation. Two private outdoor pools are available all year and heated, offering a welcoming place to enjoy even on cooler winter days. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining areas, and a BBQ grill provide comfortable spots to gather, while fire pits create a warm, inviting setting for crisp evenings. Entertainment and family features Indoor downtime comes easily with a pool table, mini golf, books, reading material, board games, and TVs. Families will appreciate the pack ’n play/travel crib, folding or convertible high chair with food tray, children’s dinnerware, and thoughtful touches that make travel with little ones simpler. Kitchen and dining Each home includes a full kitchen equipped for preparing meals, whether you’re brewing morning coffee or cooking dinner together. With essential appliances and dedicated dining areas, you can enjoy meals at your own pace throughout your stay. Comfort and convenience Both homes offer free Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, linens, towels, bathroom essentials, and room-darkening shades. A free washer and dryer provide added convenience, while safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A private entrance, keypad self check-in, free parking on the premises, and free street parking support smooth arrivals.
