Digital Nomads: Thai house & Western Style 2

You'll be living in the heart of Koh Phangan, 3 minutes walking to the main road, where you can find 7 11, plenty of restaurants and bars and the beach just crossing that road On the house's ground floor you will find an open concept living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. On the 2nd floor there is a big bedroom with King size bed, a separated office and nice terrace with view to the mountains. We live on the island for 10 years, so we can help you with anything you need to have a great stay! The space You have a nice garden, with a bbq and pizza oven to enjoy the evenings. As this is a house where my co-host Lucas lives permanently and he is going on holidays, probably you will see his dog Robin around. You dont need to feed her or take care of her because she stays with the neighbor but for sure you will see her around the house She is 3 years old, friendly and well behaved ! You can check out a picture of her on the house profile :-) Other things to note - Fresh drinkable water for your whole stay, so you dont need to carry it from the shop - Tap Water - Internet: fast and reliable - House cleaning, once per week - Fresh towels and linen once per week - Electricity is not included, we will take a picture of the meter at your arrival and check out, every unit spend is 6thb. Normal consume per week is between 300-500thb. It depends on the use of Aircon :-)
