Country lodge at the Manoir de Braugnac

Anne and Xavier invite you to discover the Périgord Vert by welcoming you to this cottage located on the beautiful Manoir de Braugnac estate. Horses, private forest pond, Braugnac woods... You will be immersed in green nature full of charm. A large outdoor saltwater pool will enhance your stay between May and early October (depending on the weather!) Barbecue, ping pong table, petanque balls and bikes are also available. The space Anne and Xavier invite you to discover the Périgord Vert by welcoming you to one of their cottages, located on the beautiful estate of Manoir de Braugnac. Horses, private forest pond, Braugnac woods... You will be immersed in a green and charming nature. A large outdoor pool will enhance your stay from May to September. Barbecue, ping-pong table, pétanque balls and 5 bikes (3 adult bikes and 2 child bikes) are available. Our cottage is located in Teyjat, a small village that is part of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park. * 35 min drive to Angoulême. Numerous activities are offered in the region: * 13 min: Grand Etang de Saint-Estèphe: swimming and hiking area, * 15 min: Famous Piégut-Pluviers market on Wednesday morning, * 30 min: Brantôme en Périgord, known as "the Venice of Périgord", * Château de Puyguilhem, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, * Pretty authentic villages: Marthon, Saint-Jean de Cole, La Rochefoucauld, Varaignes * Walking tours: - Le Roc Branlant and its water source: 13 min drive - Several circuits to do on foot or by bike, from the village of Teyjat. We have two cottages on the estate: one for 5 guests, the second for 2 guests (possibility 4 guests). They each have a double entrance, north and south, as well as independent dining areas. In addition, as the estate is large, several places, in addition to the pool, can be occupied for meals or moments of rest. The 12x6 salt pool is accessible to both cottages, from mid-May (depending on the weather), in a large space where everyone will find the calm they are looking for. The cottage is an old renovated barn, it stays cool in the summer. Guest access You will have access to the swimming pool as well as the entire estate, which covers 14 hectares (meadows and horses, Braugnac woods with its hiking trails). Your pets will be welcomed with care throughout the property but will not be allowed in the pool area. Other things to note Our chickens live in freedom, alongside our dogs and horses. Please make sure your pet gets along peacefully with our animals.
