Our house is ideally located in a pretty village. At the gates of La Rochelle and near the islands of Ré, Aix and Oléron. Guests can visit the Angoulins market every morning to buy oysters, mussels and fresh fish. You will find all the local shops in the town center or enjoy the large shopping center, all within walking distance! Our house is pleasant and bright. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the garden with the terrace and pool. Beach 1800 m away! The space Our house is nice and bright in a quiet area. It consists of a large living/dining room and an open kitchen. We have a wood-burning stove for comfort, a home cinema with TV, video projector and a built-in screen for movie fans. 2 toilets, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, freezer, etc.) Downstairs, 2 bedrooms for children (double beds), a large bathroom (bathtub + walk-in shower), a desk with bookcase. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a 160 double bed and a bathroom. Also a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. The house has a water softener. The living room overlooks a large outdoor terrace (garden furniture, awning) and the heated pool. In the garden, you'll have the option to use the barbecue. There are deckchairs for napping!
