This traditional beach cottage is wonderfully located within a short block walk to the beach as well as a few restaurants. Casually decorated to accommodate a couple or small family. This St. Simons Island cottage is unique in that it consists of one spacious bedroom with bath, central living/kitchen/dining area with additional full bath off of common area. The spacious screened in porch provides an additional living area to enoy the outdoors. These owners will also accept small pet under 35 pounds for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. There is a small fenced in back yard. Bedding Includes: 1 Queen, one double size sleeper sofa Maximum Occupancy: 4(with two on small sofa) Guest access Guests will check in at one of our 3 office locations or directly at the property. After booking we will send a confirmation with specific check in instructions that will include gate codes, door codes, etc. Other things to note Please note that due to community regulations, parties are not permitted in any of our properties.
