Other things to note ***PLEASE NOTE*** ✹ Our heated pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you’re interested in using the pool during the off-season, feel free to send us a message and we’ll be happy to discuss availability. ✹ We use a local business that will provide kayaks during your stay w/ paddles and lifejackets. We have a public lake access area 30 seconds away driving distance from the house where you can park and enjoy the kayaks/canoes. There is no direct lake access from the house this season. ✹ The home cameras are on the exterior front of the house for our and our guest's peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the house or in any common areas. ✹ The indoor fireplace is not operational during the summer season. ✹ Primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years of age and be present at the property throughout the entire stay. ✹ Please note: Pool maintenance and gardening services are scheduled once a week and may occur during your stay, depending on the timing. Both the pool technician and gardener require access to the front and backyard to perform their duties. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep the property in top shape. ✹ Since the property is located in a residential neighborhood, we expect all guests to follow the neighborhood quite hours from 10pm to 7am.
